Shelley Mordini and Gwen Herrewig, co-authors of the newly published Haunted Baraboo (The History Press, August 23, 2021), will appear at the Baraboo Civic Center on Thursday, October 7 at 6:30 PM to discuss the making of their book. They will tell attendees what draws them to the haunted past of Baraboo and behind-the-scenes stories of creating this book. During the authors’ presentation, the audience will get a glimpse into a seldom seen dimension of neighborhoods they think they know. After their presentation, Mordini and Herrewig will sign copies of the book, which will be available for purchase.
Shelley Mordini is the founder of Baraboo Tours, and Gwen Herrewig is a tour guide for the company, which offers guided and self-guided tours of points of historic interest around Baraboo
All people inside the Civic Center are required to wear a mask over their mouth and nose.
